Cajun Contractor sponsored a Colors for a Cause Gumbo Cook Off in which Cajun, its subcontractors and affiliates competed to serve the best tasting gumbo.

Each team pre-sold 40 tickets in order to raise money for charity.  The Gumbo Cook Off was a huge success producing both delicious food, and a large charitable donation.

BCI took home the 3rd place trophy, and our whole team had a great time. BCI would like to thank Cajun Contractors for the invitation to compete, and for their ongoing generosity, and dedication to our community.
